• An independent team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Flexible and doesn't shy away from hard work.
• Experience as an operator.
• An excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, basic English is an advantage.
• A good dose of enthusiasm and work ethic.
• In possession of a basic operator diploma or operator A diploma (or willing to obtain this).
• Willing to work in a 5+ shift, besides being prepared to work in a 2,3 and/or 5-shift.
• Having a valid forklift certificate is a plus.
